Introducing KBilling — a self-hosted WHMCS alternative for hosting providers
I’m Asad, a hosting provider and already a member of the LowEndTalk community. Since I’m working in the hosting industry, I know the problems providers face with billing, automation, support and managing clients

For the last eight months, my team and I have been working on KBilling, our self-hosted alternative to WHMCS. A few weeks ago, we completed our initial trials, code testing and security reviews, so I thought it was time to introduce it to the LET family.
KBilling includes:
- Client and service management
- Orders, invoices and recurring billing
- Payment gateways
- Hosting provisioning and automation
- Support tickets and knowledgebase
- Domain and server management
- Admin and client dashboards
- API and module support
- Cron automation monitoring
- Secure licensing and updates
- Customizable templates
- Migration tools
Our goal is to give hosting providers a modern billing system with no user-limits restrictions in licensing,
We are still improving KBilling, and I would really appreciate feedback from other hosting providers. Please let me know which features, modules or payment gateways you would like us to add.
You can check more details and screenshots here: KBilling.net
I’m happy to answer any questions and would love to hear your honest feedback.

I undertand that you dont like the branding while kbilling i a new project it still need many improvements in branding UI and features i m not offering a license i i just introduce LET users for suggestions regarding improvement
however calling its a scam without providing any evidence ius unfair , our whole roadmap is publicaly available
yes we do use WHMCS but once kbilling get matured and passed our final tests we will move to it

@forest @itzsenu
If it's handling billing, then my first question is: who did you hire to do your first third-party audit?
No its not vibe coded we have inhouse small-team who is working on it , we do use AI as developemnt too to speed up certain tasks to reduce costs and save time, but most of the works done by the team.
we have invited rack911 team to do independent audit while yet its in pending once we have an update from them we will update everyone that its auditted by third party
but while its been under test by my team and still we are working on it day by day its getting matured if any of the provider wants to test it he can reach us we will be happy to share a copy of it
Umm Claude ? 😂
So, you are openly stating that you sell unfinished product? Unhinged.
Missing:
No, we are not selling kbilling licenses yet, i introduce the project to LET Memebers to get feedbacks and suggestions before lunch i dont offer a licesnse or posted a sale offer in this post
Kbilling is still undergoing our final testing and secruity reveiws, that is also why we have not moved our own whmcs data to it . we intend to luaunch it only after we are satisfied with its stability and readiness
the missing company details, legal policies, demo and external audit confirmation are fare points. we will update them when we are on productivity stage
if you have plan for demo or testing it you can simply DM ME i will share a demo portal
