How does one verify validity of an unpaid order?
Neoon have big wallet and many credit cards, so it works easily.
Unpaid orders at ovh have an expiration date, usually of 14 days. Last year BF sale orders for majority of the Eco servers had an expiration of 15 minutes after creating order.
