    @DeluxHost I would like to know what DeluxHost’s policy is regarding response and processing times for support tickets. I submitted a ticket nearly two hours ago, and I have yet to receive any response.

    There were lot of io delays and then vps seems to be moved. But when checked, the issue is same. control panel was showing a different server running a Xeon Platinum 8173M but the actual vm was running on the old host with Intel Xeon Gold 6122. This was happening from the initial server activation so thinking of canceling the service and asking for a refund if not resolved because with the plethora of features in linux, im not even sure why these issues are even there since throttling or capping was always acceptable in cheaper solutions.

    Before you buy from DeluxHost, please really spend 5 minutes on this forum search and google search, or even just any LLM with search capability.

    Many in the past did not have a good experiance with them.

    Most of the posts come from Z-nodes, which have experienced some issues.

    Regardless of whether or not there are posts, all clients can still reach out to me and receive assistance. :)

    Furthermore, as previously mentioned, judging a host based on a few posts doesn't really mean much.

    Since I need to get this server up and running asap, I bought a X-1 server and tested it. Amazingly, it seems to be working better than the Z-2 server. So I already requested a refund for the Z-1 under #TMW0DMLAW654D since the server was not usable from the initial setup itself. Hope you can get that done for me since this path saves my and your support teams time both.

    Better to avoid this provider, its only good till it works, they wont fix the issues. Furthermore they'll just ignore your tickets and close them.
    I've been trying to get refund from them since past 2.5months and they still say "Our team will proceed with it as soon as possible".

    Last they replied to my ticket only cuz i commented on their advertised post on lowend
