I need a VPS or web hosting service with 100 GB of disk space or more. It must support PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Bash. I will also need to be able to install libraries for PHP and Python, and the service must allow for sending emails. Please provide your offers—I am open to all options.

For PostgreSQL, Python libraries and Bash I'd go with a KVM VPS. You get full root access, so you can install PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL and whatever libraries you need yourself.

@sergpalm one thing to check before you buy, since you need to send email: a lot of VPS providers block port 25 by default and you have to open a ticket to get it unblocked. Might be simpler to use an SMTP relay for the mail part anyway

I need 100GBt storage - this is my require
Postgres is a bit trickier on Shared since DA doesn't offer it, you'd have to go with cPanel or some sort of SQL offload.
If you can wait a couple days we'll have some nice plans up on namecrane that would tick all the boxes (would need to install Postgres on the node but that's fine), for $7/m.
We'll also have Postgres support in our offload SQL services soon if you'd prefer DirectAdmin.
