VPS or web hosting service
I need a VPS or web hosting service with 100 GB of disk space or more. It must support PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Bash. I will also need to be able to install libraries for PHP and Python, and the service must allow for sending emails. Please provide your offers—I am open to all options.

Location: any.
Budget: up to 10 dollars per month, though I’m open to paying more—my main priority is just to find some options.
Hi @sergpalm,
We can help you with this. Since you need PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and the ability to install your own libraries, I'd suggest going with a VPS. You'll have full root access and the freedom to set things up however you like, including email services.
We can customize any of our VPS plans to include 100GB of storage, so you're not limited to the standard configurations.
How much RAM and how many CPU cores do you think you'll need? If you give us a rough idea, we can put together a custom offer with an exact monthly price.
You can take a look at our plans here:

We also accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and crypto, including USDT.

1-2 core
2-4 memory
storage 100GB and more
It’s possible that in a year’s time, the capacity will need to be increased to 200 gigabytes.
Okay. We have 2 lines of cloud servers focused on performance and reliability. Here is an example of our weaker line for PostgreSQL vs DigitalOcean.
I think starting with 2 cores and 4 GB RAM would be just right for hosting, from €8/month. All our disks are network disks with replication, and you can expand them as you grow.
Thanks for the details, @sergpalm!
We can actually offer you something a little better than the specs you requested, while keeping it within your budget.
Here's what we can arrange for you in Frankfurt:
Price: $9.50/month
You'll have the freedom to install PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and any additional libraries you need. Outbound SMTP port 25 is also open by default.
If you decide to expand your storage to 200GB later, we can arrange an upgrade without requiring you to purchase a new server.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency, including USDT.
If this works for you, simply create an account at https://venocloud.com and open a support ticket mentioning this LowEndTalk thread. We'll arrange the special pricing and get your VPS set up.
Hope this fits what you had in mind!

You can find VPSs like this all over the place
Hey @sergpalm,
For PostgreSQL, Python libraries and Bash I'd go with a KVM VPS. You get full root access, so you can install PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL and whatever libraries you need yourself.
Our RYZEN 8G has 2 cores (5950X or 5900X), 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 100 GB NVMe in RAID 1, 1 IPv4 and an IPv6 /64 for 8.99€/mo, or 8.09€/mo with code LET10. If 4 GB RAM is enough, the EPYC configurator gets you 2 cores (AMD EPYC Zen 3 Milan, ECC DDR4), 4 GB RAM and 100 GB NVMe in RAID 1 for 7.59€/mo, or 6.83€/mo with code LET10. How much RAM do you need? In the configurator you can set it freely.
Sending email is fine. In some cases port 25 is open right away, otherwise you request it in the network section of the panel and we enable it for legitimate mail. rDNS you set yourself in the panel.
Traffic is unmetered with no monthly cap, on a 10 Gbps shared port. The server sits in SkyLink Datacenter in Eygelshoven, Netherlands.
