@labze this is ridiculous. 3.5 days to respond to a ticket with a new customer with a simple request 👎👎
@labze and you guys didn't even properly migrate everything over. WTF 😡😤🤬
37GB and only 16MB copied.
13GB and only 17MB copied.
3GB and only 935MB copied.
Yeah that's a real problem with cPanel it requires
rootaccess...uh, no, that's not true. it's easy to perform it, if you offer it, do it right, and check/diff space usage after.
I haven't seen your ticket so I don't know what is going on but posting publicly doesn't give you differential treatment. I am not sure why this issue specifically needs to be addressed here.
We use cPanels built in transfer tool for cPanel -> cPanel migration. If a migration completes without errors we can only assume that it worked as intended.
Have you checked if there actually was a error? Quotas do not necessarily update instantly and it may simply be that it still shows usage from before migration.
I am not sure what you expect a diff to tell you?
I am sure there are many ways to ensure that transfers are successful but that would probably also require manual work.
Update after a few hours:
hammer!
yabs on the block storage, not great ...
@labze can you please show me some affection also?
What are you saying... what did you wait the support for then if not a
rootcPanel accounts migration/transfer?...It seems that you should open a ticket for that~
I did, waiting reply from support.
Keep us updated !
