  Honestly? Still quite pricey for what’s on the table.

  I’ve been keeping an eye on your promos for a while now, and even with the 50% off code, the pricing sits right alongside other top-tier providers in NL without really offering a compelling hook.

  Don't get me wrong — the hardware itself is solid (EPYC 9534 + NVMe RAID10 is great), but 1TB of bandwidth in today’s landscape is really tight, especially for the typical LET crowd.

  Not trying to bash the offer, just sharing some honest feedback. Would love to see more attractive bandwidth pools or sharper pricing for the community in future promotions (maybe for Black Friday?). GLWS!

  My experience with this provider: VPSes are pretty good. Issues with this provider: If there is a real problem, it takes way too long to get solved (see network problems earlier this year: took around a month of unusable VPS). Support: drama. I have for $20 worth of excuses that they don't keep promises to get back to a ticket. But in the end, the ticket (which is quite simple to solve) is open for almost half a year - they apparently seek pleasure in keeping customers dangling or something.

  Don't want to have the discussion here, but I've explained why that "compensation" was denied (both that it was for a short time and pretty much useless - even would introduce more downtime) and not really fitting for the problems that have been experienced. But after that I've heard the "we'll come back to you" and "please allow x time" numerous times and that's it. So you can say the same thing again, so expectations about it happening now are really low. Surprise me.
