    IPv6 is /64 ?
High CPU usage is suspension or throttling?

  • What are the CPU versions included in the Hybrid SSD-Cached KVM VPS ?

  • I am writing to confirm that I have made the payment for Order #4126431680.

Could you please proceed with upgrading the system memory (RAM) to double the original capacity?

Just one IPv6 by default (SolusVM 2 limitations, unfortunately), but happy to assign more upon request!

As for CPU, we generally don't throttle or suspend for high usage. Our nodes typically have plenty of headroom. If a node becomes constrained, we may investigate excessive usage impacting others, but that's pretty rare.

Our Hybrid nodes typically run dual Intel Xeon E5-2690 v2 processors. CPU models may vary slightly depending on the node.

    Great offer, got it!

However, my order was incorrectly flagged by the system as fraudulent. I have submitted a support ticket, please help me process it.

    Thank you.

    Ticket #960274
    Invoice #111211
    Order 4641148900

And... I discovered a bigger issue: the system charged me twice (Bank Pre-authorization Hold). 😇

Perhaps another way of formulating the question asked by @yoursunny is whether every VPS is assigned its own IPv6 /64 even if only one IPv6 address from this /64 is usable by default (due to SolusVM 2 limitations)?

If yes, then no two VPses would take their usable IPv6 address from the same /64

and further can we just assign our /64 regardless of solusvm or will that be considered a violation

Hmm, not sure about the current offer, @TNAHosting know their system better, obviously. But with a VPS from a previous offer, my VPS was assigned a /64, and I was able to allocate additional IPv6 addresses through the VPS Control Panel. I don't recall having had to open a ticket to get that done.

@TNAHosting 's KVM SSD products, which are on older Intel servers, use SolusVM 1, which (if I'm not mistaken) allows an end-user to allocate additional IPv6 addresses without intervention by the provider

@TNAHosting 's Ryzen KVM products use SolusVM 2

It's odd that SolusVM 2 doesn't (yet?) have this functionality

Just to add that my best guess is that every VPS is indeed assigned its own IPv6 /64 (so no two VPSes share the same /64), but it would be nice if @TNAHosting could confirm this (setting aside the limitations of SolusVM 2 regarding usable IPv6 addresses)

Will you be restocking the Ryzen 512 MB/1 GB plans? They are currently sold out...

  • $10/year. Great prices!

yea nice to see 512m plans, nostalgic heh.

  • All yearly cheap plans - Out of Stock... sucks (

@Yachiyo @alexnat Thanks for bringing these to our attention! We'll review your tickets and get things sorted out.

Our fraud screening system can occasionally flag legitimate orders. When that happens, payments are typically automatically refunded, though a pending authorization may still temporarily appear on your statement. We'll check both orders and make sure everything is handled correctly!

    @angstrom @yoursunny Our SolusVM 2 VPSes currently receive a single IPv6 (/128) from a /48 allocation, rather than a dedicated /64 per VPS.

We have plenty of IPv6 space available, but SolusVM 2 didn't support automatic /64 delegation when we originally deployed it. Happy to assign additional IPv6 addresses upon request, and I'll revisit whether that functionality has improved since then.

@Sevan No immediate plans to restock the 512 MB or 1 GB plans. We only allocated a small number of each for Halloween, and they went quickly!
