    Hi @dustinc — thanks again for doubling the bandwidth. The ctrl panel now shows 4,000 GB, so that part is confirmed.

    However the VPS is still suspended: racknerd-c8ee33c / 23.94.122.103 (SJ232KVM) shows "This VPS is currently suspended" in the ctrl panel, and port 4433 is closed with 100% packet loss from three locations (San Jose, Oregon, Osaka).

    Bandwidth usage is only 1.95 TB of 3.91 TB (50%), so it is still under the limit. Could you please unsuspend it? Or, if suspension from the November limit is cleared automatically when the cycle resets on Nov 1, just let me know and I will wait.

    I have also opened ticket #ND94220 with the details.
