    @DartNode The submit ticket function keeps returning a 504 error (Ray ID: a5364dd2dcb7ff26). So does trying to power off my VM btw. Here is what I tried to submit:

    I mounted an ISO and started the VPS so that I could just reinstall, but when I tried to open VNC, it said it could not establish the connection. The GET request returns:

{"success":false,"data":{"error":"Unable to create VNC session, Node #17","code":500}}

This is affecting both my VPSes.

    @DartNode My VPS has been unusable for quite a while now (atleast a month) and I'm constantly getting insanely high disk contention again despite me not writing anything to the disk. I wrote about this in a ticket and it's been 10+ days without a response. It's impossible to even SSH in half of the time due to how bad the disk situation is.

    Hmm I guess they didn't fix it.... They were suppose to fix this issue a week ago. and had down time and everything..
