LF cheap monthly VPS in US/EU

Hey everyone,

I'm searching for a VPS with premium internet routing. Even 1 vCPU core and low RAM is fine with me! The network is the main thing I care about! I'm currently using AWS Lightsail and love its routing, but I'm looking for alternatives with better IP quality and similar (or better) network performance.

Strict Requirements:
* Billing: Monthly offers via crypto only, please! (NoLimitCloud...)
* Budget: Strictly $5/month or less.
* Mandatory: You must include a Looking Glass / Test IP (please don't offer without one!).
* Specs: 1 vCPU / Low RAM is fine.

Already Tested Providers:
