    Hi @abcfanb, thanks for the interest!

    A couple of quick clarifications:

    Web server. AdminBolt ships Apache for user sites. We also use Nginx, but only as the front end for the panel itself on port 8443. OpenLiteSpeed isn't part of the stack today.

    Memory footprint. I just checked a fresh 1.9.3 install on AlmaLinux 9 with no accounts yet. The whole stack (bolt-agent, bolt-nginx, bolt-php, Apache, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Redis, PowerDNS, Postfix, Dovecot, Rspamd, Fail2Ban) sits at around 1.8 GB of resident memory. The mail part (Postfix + Dovecot + Rspamd) is roughly 0.5 GB of that, and ClamAV isn't installed by default. On a 4 GB RackNerd VPS that leaves about 2 GB of headroom for your WordPress workloads (Apache workers, PHP-FPM pools, MariaDB caches). For a handful of low to medium traffic WordPress sites you should be comfortable.

    Disabling mail at install. Postfix and Dovecot are required components of the installer right now, so there's no flag to skip them. Rspamd is optional and can be stopped if you don't need spam filtering, and the whole mail stack idles at that ~0.5 GB figure when no mail is flowing. If a mail-less install is important to your use case, let us know and we'll consider adding a flag for a future release.
