    When I go to checkout I get Error 1015 "You are being rate limited"
    I dont have any auto-refresh script or anything crazy - have only refreshed a few times per hour ... not sure why - and I only seem to be getting the error on checkout

    Are you using a VPN? Try disabling it if so.

    I actually had to use a VPN to order. The rate limiting doesn't make much sense
