Most of the work is managed by one man, Francisco. I can’t say it’s a one man army, since I believe he has one billing staff member and one tech staff member. This is what causes the main problem with NameCrane: slow support. You can’t get anything urgent done if Francisco is offline or away from work, because he’s the only one with permission to do the job.
For example, say you break your website during an upgrade. The panel has backups in JetBackup, but they’re older than 12 hours, and you want to restore a very recent backup you created in cPanel yourself before the upgrade. If you open a ticket, you’ll need to wait at least 12–24 hours, and many tickets stay untouched for weeks or even months. If you check their Discord channel, you’ll get an idea.
He has a great hardware setup, so you’ll rarely face major downtime.
Should be fine, i'm guessing you'd be putting RC on the shared hosting for your users?
Honestly, no clue. It depends what software you're using. It should be plenty fine.
