WARNING! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT AxusHost

I have had a very disappointing experience with AxusHost, and I want to share it publicly so other customers can be cautious before purchasing or renewing their servers.

⚠️ Here is what happened:

❌ Servers down for over a month: Multiple servers have been down for more than a month, causing serious disruption.
💰 Payment taken for renewal: The provider renewed only one server after taking the renewal payment, while the other servers remained unavailable.
🛠️ Repeated excuses about data recovery: I was told that server disks were being moved from other servers for data recovery, but the issue remained unresolved.
🚨 The renewed server also went down: Just five days after payment, the only working server went down as well.
🌐 Company website now down: The provider’s own website is also unavailable.
📵 No way to contact support: I am now unable to contact the provider or get a clear explanation about what is happening.

This situation has caused significant frustration, service disruption, and concerns about the money paid for services that are not working.

How can a hosting provider continue taking renewal payments when existing services have been unavailable for over a month, and then become unreachable when customers need support?

I cannot confirm the provider’s intentions, but this experience raises serious concerns about its reliability, transparency, and customer service.

⚠️ MY ADVICE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: Be extremely cautious before purchasing or renewing services with AxusHost. Verify the current status of their services, keep copies of all payment receipts and conversations, and make sure you have independent backups of your data.

📢 If you are also a customer experiencing similar issues, consider sharing your experience and keeping records of your payments and support requests.

Customers deserve reliable service, honest communication, and accountability.

  • Luckily, I only had a €5 VPS that had been running for about ~9 months.
So, it didn’t bother me too much, but what really annoyed me was that the server went down while I was out. I had to rush home and redeploy my website with another service provider.

How could anyone possibly have known that if you buy a server from a provider that's dead and no longer has any servers, you don't get a server? 🤯 🤯 🤯 🤯 🤯 🤯 🤯
