  Hello @dustinc -- a short follow-up, and then I will stop pestering you.

  On October 15 I left comment #4887331 about the Additional 1TB Monthly Transfer add-on on order #3221955902 (paid invoice #25790599), asking whether that add-on could also be included in the FREE double bandwidth promotion (1 TB -> 2 TB).

  The doubling of the base plan was applied on October 16 -- thank you for the quick turnaround on that. What I see on my side is that the add-on is still counted as 1 TB, i.e. it does not appear to have been doubled.

  So my only question is: are bandwidth add-ons eligible for this promotion at all?

  • If they are not, that is a perfectly fair answer and I will not ask again.
  • If they are, I would be grateful if it could be applied to the add-on as well.
