CPU: something relatively strong, a Ryzen 5600x upwards will do it, intel equivalents in benchmarks are welcome too

i take Russia, Ukraine, poor europe(moldavia, belarus etc) too
i'll buy if the price is reasonable, i'd say ~100$, i weigh the price with the hardware, if hardware justifies higher price i can pay that
