The path is simple: sign up for e-residency (starting at just €29/year) in the Free Republic of Verdis. It's a 7 years old, "almost" recognised country with virtually no laws.

Business registration is included in the e-residency fee.

For a slightly higher e-residency fee ($59/year), you can enter the Citizenship by e-Residency pathway and apply for citizenship after just 11 months.

It "might" be a "little" challenging to get a bank account, but crypto is fully recognised, and the country even has its own meme coin: VERDIS.

Since you can't break laws that don't exist, your DMCA-ignored business will be 100% legal!

    At least the Principality of Sealand used to have on-prem hosting.

    So the question is, who is going to put the first DC on Verdis? Run it on pure Starlink and 5G for redundancy.

    I don't think this is reliable. Verdis has legislative power, so how can you guarantee that it won't introduce relevant laws in the future?

    The Provisional Government holds every executive, administrative, and legislative power it needs while developing the Free Republic of Verdis, including keeping order, protecting the independence of the Free Republic of Verdis, and the responsibility of the welfare of citizens of the Free Republic of Verdis.

    You must comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

    Also, the cost is an issue. It's not as cheap as you claimed.

    e-Residents are eligible to apply for Verdisian citizenship once they have fulfilled the standards below. Applicants will be charged a one-time processing fee of €300. It must be noted that you can still be declined after paying the processing fee, and you will not be refunded.

    That's true.

    That's why the Suzerainty of Dupondt does not have any government at all. It's just good vibes and chill. And no territory, so no one can invade. Just take a marker and write "sovereign property of the Suzerain" on your server to claim DMCA free sovereignty. (This is not legal advice. Because we don't have laws.)

    If you just register a "company" and do not live here, you are still subject to the law where you live lol.
    Eg if you're in the US and register a "company" in Verdis that would still be illegal to have piracy torrent sites in the US so does not work.

    Yes sure, yet 10's of thousands of businesses still use this exact model, these "shells" are still anonymous takes real legal challenges to find the owners. Therefore they take the risk and most of the time it works.
