Looking for EU or USA Dedicated Server

Looking for cheap quotes, like:
2xL5520 CPU, 32GB RAM, 2x1TB hdd, 10TB Bandwidth, /27 IP block.
Any suggestions?
Edit: I do know about ovh, online.net, etc, but the IPs are simply way too expensive, although I accept the fact that they're more expensive in Europe, :P
But what would be the best offer to me? Any advice?

IPs are 1 Eur each, usually around this corner of the world. Also, most EU companies have a very strict policy regarding abuse. I think you can get that for 100 Eur or more.
Yeah I was hoping to spend 100 Eur per month with this.
