Free Online CV Builder – Create Your Own Professional Resume
Hi everyone!
I'd like to share a personal web project: bigbastik CV Builder, a website featuring an online CV builder designed to help users create their own curriculum vitae.
The website also includes several supporting sections:
- How It Works – information on using the CV builder.
- Examples – examples to help users get started.
- About Us – information about the project.
- Blog – articles and related content.
- Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions – the website's legal and privacy information.
The goal is to offer a straightforward way to create a CV online, with useful information available throughout the process.
I'm sharing the project to get feedback from the community. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on usability, design, features, and possible improvements.
You can visit the website here:
Thanks for your time, and I look forward to your feedback!

Reactive Resume is free to self-host
Thanks for the feedback. Let me clarify a few things.
I'm aware of Reactive Resume and other existing solutions. My intention was not to claim that I invented the concept of a CV builder, nor to suggest that there are no free alternatives.
BigBastik.de is my own web project, built to provide an accessible online CV creation experience, with examples, usage information, a blog, and dedicated privacy and legal pages.
Self-hosting is a perfectly valid option for people who have the technical knowledge and resources to run their own instance. An online tool, however, serves a different purpose: allowing users to access it directly without having to deploy and maintain the software themselves.
I'm simply sharing my work and welcoming constructive feedback. If the project isn't useful to you, that's absolutely fine. Different solutions can coexist.
As for the suggestion that I should be banned, I believe the moderators are perfectly capable of deciding whether a post complies with the forum rules.
Have a good day.
Slop
@bigbastik doesn't help to respond to criticism with more AI text we can tell
Fair enough. Let me put it simply: I built the site, I shared it, and I'm happy to hear genuine feedback. You don't have to use it
And yes, I can write my own replies too🙂
Maybe translate into English?
Sure. Website is in English already. 😄
I only see Italian
Mr Founder & CEO can't even tell whether his own website is in English or Italian. He needs to put his AI pet on a leash
The interface supports both Italian and English. If you spot any untranslated sections, feel free to point them out — that's useful feedback.
If, on the other hand, you are referring to the entire portal, then yes you’ve given me an idea for an improvement, thanks!
It is great that the interface supports both Italian and English but it is only displaying Italian
It is fine, let him play
Bro bring Privacy Policy + Terms into product as it a feature T_T
I use a translator when I want to make sure I'm expressing myself clearly in English. Nothing to hide there. I use technology to get things done, not to impress strangers on a forum. It's 2026 using modern tools in your work is just common sense. What matters is the project itself, not whether my English is perfect. 🙂
Would you like a free VPS for hosting your slop?
it's like let got on a list of places to post about questionable ai-developed tools.
