Open factory ASN Sponsoring

Hey,

Does someone got its AS over Openfactory ?
They recently informed me about an ongoing transfer of their sponsoring AS services to a Finland based LIR which results in higher renewal prices.
Due to the high VAT there it gets expensive for the new billing period.
Any idea which LIR to choose to get a better price ?
