    My favorite Väinämöinen moment: my Kantele Trophy 7TB was stuck on the oscar node with saturated I/O, and the migration I confirmed on 12 September had quietly failed. When I followed up a week later, Väinämöinen didn't sugarcoat it. He told me straight that the move had failed, that nobody had told me, and that he wouldn't give me an ETA he couldn't stand behind. He applied the promised 1-month make-good right there and walked me through exactly how my renewal date got to 18 May 2027.

    A few hours later, same ticket: the placement went through, the box moved to a fresh server, and he kept my old account on oscar as a fallback while I settled in. He even ended with "you are the real test here, log in and make sure everything looks right."

    Honest, precise, and it got fixed. That's more than I get from most human support desks.
