Looking to downgrade my current server to something more affordable & fitting to current needs

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a cheap dedicated server to replace the server my farm uses atm. This is not an emulator setup and I don't need anything crazy.
Atm I have:
CPU: Dual 2680v4 (28 Cores / 56 Threads)
GPU: GTX 1070 / 1070 Ti / 1080 / 1080 Ti (8–11 GB)
RAM: 128 GB (DDR3/4)
Storage: 512 GB NVMe SSD
This runs about 100–200 clients for $67-75/mo, but I want to downsize to around 20 clients and lower my monthly bill as much as possible.
Bare metal is preferred, but I’m open to a VDS/cloud PC if it runs Windows 10/11 and can pass minor VM detection. I'm open to any country or smaller/non-English providers (Russia, China, Vietnam, EU, US, etc.) as long as I can pay from the US.
VZ Type: Bare metal preferred; otherwise KVM/VDS with dedicated resources (must support Win 10/11)
Cores: Flexible as long as it meets needs
RAM: 32 GB min (64 GB if the price jump is small)
Disk: 120 GB min (240 GB+ SSD/NVMe preferred)
GPU: Optional because I’ve been using WARP override (force CPU rendering for Direct3D) and haven't tested my setup w/ a GPU yet, so idk how much it helps compared to just getting a better CPU for the price
Network: 100 Mbps min (1 Gbps preferred), any reasonable bandwidth
DDoS / IPs: Doesn't matter
Budget: $25–$50/mo (monthly billing preferred)

i might have misunderstood ur reply but if you are asking what i rent now:
the specific one i rent from is Mouse VPS for 16$/week in there but I know others 20$ /week 32/44 core cpu 128gb ram
both of these are too overkill for me and really expensive
i dont know exactly what i want and would appreciate any recommendations
