Any alternatives to that FirstByte deal in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland or Ukraine?

I need a VPS in one of these countries specifically for light stuff, so any potato would work. I started looking for such stuff and found that beauty in Finland on https://firstbyte.pro/vps-vds/ssd-eu/:

Specs:
1vCPU
RAM 768MB
5 SSD GB

Bandwidth:
100 Mb/s
3 Tb/month

for 2.75 euro

Speed is all a little bit ass but generally because of 3tb this is a good deal for me
BUT after some looking at their docs turns out that this hosting is registered in Russia which is a problem for me.

Any alternatives to that, that isn't higher than 3 euro?
Would appreciate any suggestions!

    Thx! It is actually pretty good but they don't accept regular bank cards/paypal and such stuff, only crypto which I don't really feel to research unless this is the only option :'(

    Yeah, only those, at least for now. So If you have similar specs and price I would love to have a look anyway.

    I don't remember all the details but I have a @Hosteroid VPS in baltistan (don't remember or care which of the micro-countries, sorry) for less than the price you mention and with more muscles.

    @Hosteroid has Lithuania for a bit over €3 but bandwidth-wise the VM01 plan is a bit limiting. They're a Romanian company.

    @HostVDS_com has Latvia and Finland for roughly €1.5/m (billed hourly). To get your bandwidth requirements you'll need to add an addon for about €0.5/m extra, which is within your budget.

    The cheapest offers you are talking about on LET were limited and now the cheapest one is VM01, which is exactly 3 euro with... 324 GB Bandwidth

    melbicom lowest is 3.9 euro
    hosteroid lowest is 3 euro (yay) but... 324 GB Bandwidth 💀
    bacloud lowest is 3.38 euro
    FairyHosting lowest is 10.89 euro
    vsys lowest is $6 (~5.34 euro)
    ITLDC lowest is 1.33 euro... but not for any of these countries, both Latvia and Ukraine lowest is 3.99 euro
