  oloke posted that list just the other day. The only thing I can add is that yesterday advinservers had planned maintenance which included this:

  This maintenance also brings a few improvements. During the reboot, we’ll enable the technical prerequisites for AMD-SEV and measured boot. AMD-SEV will become available in your control panel a few days afterward, and measured boot will follow shortly after that. The reboot will also resolve several known bugs and issues.
