Upon checking the IP, I found its reputation score was even lower than that of my existing datacenter-based VPS. In reality, these are just standard datacenter IPs masquerading as residential ones—completely inconsistent with the "dual-ISP residential" claim they advertised. When I requested a refund, they refused; instead, they deleted my account on their official website. Now, I can no longer log in, and they still haven't refunded my money.
