[REQ] Dedicated with modern processors
Hi.
My friend is searching for a high-end Dedicated server. For math calculations on CPU and store some temporary data in memory and drive. Nothing illegal.
The main concern is modern and multi-cpu. I guess 2xIntel Xeon E7-8870 would be perfect. Also maybe 2xIntel Xeon E5-2687W v2 @ 3.40GHz is fine. 4xAMD Opteron is also fine [64 cores]. At least 32 logical cores is a must.
16 GB RAM. Hard drives is not very important, but 2x120GB SSD should be awesome 
Shared 1 gbps+ port (unlimited, not throttled). 1 IPv4 is needed.
Any country.
And, sure, cheap, as far as we are in lowendtalk Up to 400$ per month.
Is there any providers who can offer this?

An Intel E8-8870 CPU should cost around $4600 according to Intel - http://ark.intel.com/products/53580/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E7-8870-30M-Cache-2_40-GHz-6_40-GTs-Intel-QPI
So 2 such CPUs (only the CPUs) would cost more than $9000. You want it for $400/month? Maybe someone will offer it, but not many.

I doubt that anyone would sell a 10k machine for 400$ per month.. Well, maybe if you get in some 5-year contract.
