Deluxhost: VPS unstable for weeks, no reply from support

Hi all,
Since late September my Deluxhost VPS has been close to unusable. CPU steal regularly runs above 50%. The VM also keeps stopping or dropping off the network with nothing inside it to explain why. It has happened several times this month, and once it stayed unreachable for over four days.
I've documented all of this in a ticket with timestamps and measurements, but I've had no reply since 7 days now. Those last days the VM is pretty much unusable as it keeps shutting down after 30m-60m (variable).
All I'm asking for is a move to a node that isn't overcommitted, or a refund if that isn't possible. If anyone from Deluxhost reads this, my ticket is #TMV0SBWSPZPKJ.

My VPS is not online, that's it im tired of asking them lmao.
Worst ever VPS tried in my life. Honestly it has been down for months now. When it worked, i couldn't use it since the hypervisor was overloaded in a way that no ressources was available. And the support? Non-existing. Didn't knew it was so easy to scam people. And worst of all, LET promote them.
