    The first two months after a sale is busiest, people are filling and writing a lot of stuff, and writing takes much much more I/O performance than reading.

    This is not dedicated service, then it means there are other users on the server using heavily.

    If you want bigger share of the resources, get higher I/O or CPU Priority package (or as extras).
