CubePath VPS snapshots are now available
Hey everyone!
We’ve added snapshots so you can keep a copy of your VPS even after deleting the server.
- Stop paying for a VPS you’re not using: save a snapshot, delete the server and pay only for storage. When you need the project again, deploy a new VPS from your saved copy.
- Move or clone your project: deploy the snapshot in Barcelona, Houston or Miami on any plan with an equal or larger disk. Just select it in the Snapshots tab when creating the VPS.
- Get a fresh server with your project already there: the new VPS gets its own IPs, password and SSH keys. Network and firewall settings from the original aren’t carried over.
Storage costs $0.03/GB/month, based on the compressed copy, excluding empty blocks. A snapshot of a 40 GB disk costs up to $1.20/month.
