Hello LowEndTalk community,
I’m looking for someone located in Russia who owns and operates a personal home server or privately hosted dedicated server, physically located in Russia.
I’m interested in renting a server directly from an individual rather than a large commercial hosting provider.
What I’m looking for:
- Physical server located in Russia (home-hosted preferred).
- Full root/administrator access.
- Dedicated hardware preferred.
- Stable internet connection and good uptime.
- Public IPv4 address.
- SSH access and the ability to install my own OS.
- Flexible hardware upgrades if available.
- Long-term rental preferred.
Please include the following details in your offer:
- CPU: Model and number of cores/threads.
- RAM: Total capacity and type.
- Storage: HDD/SSD/NVMe specifications and capacity.
- Network: Port speed, bandwidth limits, and monthly traffic allowance.
- Location: City in Russia where the server is physically hosted.
- IP Address: IPv4/IPv6 availability.
- Uptime: Power backup, connectivity reliability, and expected uptime.
- Access: Root access, OS reinstall options, and remote management.
- Price: Monthly rental price in USD or EUR.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment options, including cryptocurrency if available.
Additional preferences:
- Privacy-conscious hosting.
- Transparent data handling and logging policies.
- Direct communication with the server owner.
- Reasonable pricing and no unnecessary setup fees.
I’m open to different hardware configurations depending on the specifications and price.
If you have a home server in Russia available for rent, please reply here or send me a private message with your specifications and best monthly offer.
Looking forward to your offers. Thanks!

Going for a random person's home over a datacenter, is this what the fallout of Yandex datacenters has done? lol
By taking up this offer you risk
Ukraine droning your apartment.
It's impossible. The purpose of this issue is unknown and no one will risk letting a unknown person into their home. And if you adjust military equipment, for example, the owner will get prison for a long time. It's not worth the money offered.
Not only in Russia, why would a private person operate a server in their home for some
strangers? If you want exit IPs, there are plenty of services that offer proxies.
What you probably need is a regular server (anywhere) and a VPN policy with exit nodes
from a specific country. Not so hard to find services that operate 4G residential exits.
OP really doesn't understand what he's asking. Still in the current political situation. Why would anyone entrust their personal data to some private person who can disable access at any time? Obviously, the OP for some reason does not want to use the services of an official data center - There are still a lot of them besides Yandex. But most likely he is looking for a private drop, so that in the case of a rioter, it is a private drop that goes to jail. Too shady isn't?
Also, do not forget that not everyone has a home server. If only some professional IT specialists. But they won't do it in reason above. And the mentality of the people here does not allow them to give the keys to their house to the first person they meet on street.

You fucked up. Instead of a private unsolicited DM to op, you made a public comment on their profile page.
And who will be responsible for abuses of "Privacy-conscious hosting"?
Who will cover the losses if the server is confiscated?
Ah plenty of reasons. One of the most "benign" reasons is offsite backup server, although you would tend to know those people. I personally dont mind doing it for people, as i wont get bend over by the gov. If i were in russia, hell yeah i wouldnt do it. But as it is now, ill do but im rather selective.
