Hello everyone, hope you're doing well!
I'm looking for a VPS provider that allows IP spoofing without strict restrictions. The main purpose is to establish VPN connectivity for people in countries affected by sanctions and internet restrictions, where access to the international internet is limited.
My preferred server locations are Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK, the US, Albania, and Turkey. I'm also open to other locations that offer good connectivity and low latency to the Middle East.
If you offer VPS servers that support this kind of setup, I'd really appreciate it if you could share some details about your services and available locations.

My priority is to find server locations other than Albania and North Macedonia. I already have servers in both locations, but the ping is a bit too high.
I’m looking for a cleaner network route and better overall connection quality.

Other than AVSISP there's @MAXKO_Hosting , they allow spoofing in their Serbia and Bulgaria locations.
I get around 80ms to Serbia.
