I'm looking for a budget storage VPS or dedicated server with the following specs:
- Type: KVM VPS or dedicated server
- CPU: 4 cores or better
- RAM: 16GB+
- Storage: 16TB+ usable (HDD / SSD / NVMe)
- Network: 10Gbps shared port preferred (5Gbps acceptable)
- Traffic: 100TB/month preferred
- Disk I/O: Decent random I/O performance
- IPv4: 1 address
- DDoS protection: Not required
- Location: Europe preferred, but open to other locations
- Budget: Around $200/2 years (~$8.33/month)
- Billing: Biennial preferred
I'm mainly looking for large storage capacity, decent disk performance, and good network connectivity.
Special promotions, clearance deals, and older hardware are all welcome.
Is this budget realistic? Does anyone know of any deals close to these specs?

I know this is low end talk but some of these requests the provider may as well pay you to have the servers too.

I understand that $200/2 years is a very ambitious target, especially for 16TB+ storage.
Just to clarify, $200 is my ideal budget, not a hard limit. I'm willing to pay more depending on the specs and overall value.
The 10Gbps port and 100TB monthly traffic are preferences, not strict requirements. I don't need managed services either.
I'm mainly looking for exceptional Black Friday deals, clearance offers, or older hardware at a good price.

$1/TB-M if you're lucky and get transfer
$2/TB-M on loss-making flash sale
$3/TB-M paper-thin margin if the host purchase disk earlier this year
$4/TB-M the bare minimum when disk costs $60/TB
Probably $1,500 for two years, and with a lot of luck, just to get at least the HD
Maybe look for one of those OVH 4x4TB servers and hope you get lucky with a 10gbps port
After looking into the pricing a bit more, I think $400–500 for 2 years would be a more realistic target.
I'm mainly interested in storage VPS deals, but dedicated servers are welcome too. I'm flexible on bandwidth and port speed, depending on the overall value.
Hopefully Black Friday will bring some interesting offers!
