Hello,
I am looking for residential VDS or dedicated servers in Germany and the USA. Since the servers will be used for web scraping, I do not want to work with proxy providers; they frequently impose rate limits or share the IPs with other users. I own my own /24 IP blocks, so I am looking for a provider that allows me to add ROAs to the ASN, or one that offers its own IP addresses at an affordable price.
- I consume an average of 500 Mbit of bandwidth.
- There should be no data transfer (TB) limits.
- DDoS protection should be available as an option.
The ASN must be classified as an ISP (e.g., AS3320 Deutsche Telekom or AS3209 Vodafone GmbH).

No legit ISP will announce your IPs especially for web scraping, good luck with that

Both are not residential ISPs. Not even remotely comparable to Vodafone or DTAG.
They both offer announcing IPs on residential ISP ASNs.
