It's been 6 months since our last post, and quite a lot has changed at RAVNIX since then!
Over the past six months, we've been working hard behind the scenes to improve our infrastructure, network, and overall customer experience.
Here's a quick update on what's changed and what's coming next:
- 📍 We've migrated to Atlanta, Georgia! All of our services have been moved to a new, improved data center that offers significantly better infrastructure and facilities compared to our previous location.
- 🌐 Upgraded Network: We've made substantial upgrades to our network infrastructure to improve connectivity, performance, and reliability.
- 🛠️ New Features in Development: We're continuing to work on new features and improvements across our services. Our next promotional thread should include more offers, additional features, and further improvements to the customer experience.
- 🌍 Routed IPv6: We're preparing to introduce routed /48 IPv6 prefixes per VPS, with availability expected later this month.
- 🎫 Support Improvements: Support response times should now be back to normal. We know there have been delays in the past, and we've been working to improve this. We're also preparing to migrate to a new support panel, which we expect to introduce by our next thread.
- 📊 New Monitoring System: We've just migrated our monitoring to HetrixTools today (October 10, 2026). Please note that our status page currently has very limited historical data as a result. More uptime and performance history will accumulate over time.
We're aware that there have been areas where we could have done better, and we're continuing to make improvements.

A bad experience with this provider; they stop working for days and sometimes months and offer no compensation for the downtime. I don't recommend it.
Hi,
Our longest outage occurred during our datacenter migration, which lasted nearly a week due to upstream provider setup issues. All affected customers who submitted tickets as instructed received SLA credits.
Since then, we've had only one network-wide outage caused by unannounced upstream maintenance. Both incidents occurred nearly five months ago. Some isolated hypervisor maintenance periods have also occurred, with appropriate SLA credits provided.
We acknowledge these incidents were frustrating, but claims of months-long outages without compensation are inaccurate. We've made significant improvements to our infrastructure and reliability since then.
If you believe you missed any applicable SLA credit, please open a ticket and we'll gladly review it.

Tbh I feel a bit rugpulled with the DC change from South Carolina to Georgia. Initially jumped on the launch offer 6 months ago (or whatever) for geographic / DC diversity. Don't mind the downtime as much, happens to everyone, but Georgia is a different story.

Unfortunately, the relocation was necessary. Our previous data center in South Carolina, operated by Cogent, was experiencing ongoing operational issues. They also increased our pricing by 23% without any prior notice. (Not even after, we only noticed after our invoice was higher)
We understand the frustration regarding geographic diversity. However, most (if not all) traffic from that facility was already routed through Atlanta, so the impact on network performance should be minimal.
Eh, such is life. Do you happen to support AMD SEV-SNP on the EPYC-8 plan?
Do you support BYOASN/BYOIP/BGP?
Looks like you made x10 BW instead of x2...
We did that to all of the servers that had delayed setups due to an issue
Unfortunately VirtFusion does not currently have support for AMD SEV-SNP. If they ever add proper support for it, we will.
We can announce prefixes for you on our end. BGP sessions might be possible in the future, but likely not at this current moment.
