We're the team behind Arct Cloud, operated by Arct Technology LLC, a Wyoming-registered company.

For our first post, we're putting our Cost Optimized CVM plans in London and Frankfurt front and center. They start at $3.89/month and are designed for side projects, small websites, AI agents, bots, development environments, and workloads that don't keep the CPU busy all day.

We build our own customer console and keep platform development close to support. The aim is to let you handle everyday server tasks yourself, with a technical team available when you need help.

Three VPS series, with different workloads in mind

• Cost Optimized (cvm): AMD EPYC Milan 7003 Series for light and variable workloads. This is our lowest-cost entry point and the focus of this post.
• General Purpose (vm): AMD EPYC Milan 7003 Series for applications, APIs, and services that stay busy throughout the day.
• High Performance (hvm): AMD Ryzen 9 or EPYC Genoa 9004 Series, depending on location, with DDR5 memory for more demanding CPU workloads.

Our footprint includes London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Salt Lake City, and Tokyo. Plan and stock availability varies by location.

CVM offers: London and Frankfurt

All three plans below include KVM virtualization, NVMe storage, a public IPv4 address, DDoS protection, and network capacity up to 25 Gbps. You get full root access on Linux.

All amounts are in USD and are the full recurring charge for the selected billing period. The 10% quarterly discount applies automatically and is included in the recurring totals above; no coupon is required. Optional services and transfer overages are billed separately.

General Purpose and High Performance entry plans

Both of these are currently available in Amsterdam:

• vm.nano: 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 25 GB NVMe, 5 TB monthly outbound transfer, and up to 10 Gbps network capacity. $7.99/month recurring. Order General Purpose.
• hvm.nano: 1 vCPU on AMD EPYC Genoa 9004 Series, 2 GB DDR5 RAM, 25 GB NVMe, 5 TB monthly outbound transfer, and up to 25 Gbps network capacity. $7.99/month recurring. Order High Performance.

Both include KVM virtualization, a public IPv4 address, and DDoS protection.

Manage your servers from our console

• Deploy Linux, reinstall the OS, and open a browser-based VNC console.
• Upgrade to a larger plan while keeping your IP address and data. The price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period; power off before upgrading.
• Enable daily backups or run a manual backup, with the latest seven retained.
• Create a snapshot and use it to deploy another server.
• Rename servers and organize them with searchable labels.
• Enable delete protection and schedule cancellation for the end of your paid term.

Backups add 20% of the server's plan price. Snapshots cost $0.04/GB/month and remain until you delete them. Availability depends on location, and snapshots support Linux only. Backup and snapshot details.

Windows Server images are available on eligible plans with at least 2 vCPUs, including cvm.micro. Windows is BYOL; a license is not included.

Network, payments, and support

Only outbound transfer counts toward your monthly allowance. Inbound transfer is free. Additional outbound transfer in London, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam costs $0.01/GB. Test connectivity before ordering through our Looking Glass.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and SOL. Support is available 24/7 through the ticket system, with requests handled by infrastructure engineers.
