@tenebriouslypuissant Each node only takes a set number of VMs, so we never pack it full. The Dallas node has a 20 Gbps uplink shared between the VMs on it, so the full 4 Gbps on your plan is realistic. Reality adds very little overhead, which means your real speed comes down to the route between Verizon and us. You can check that first with the Dallas test IP 66.85.92.4 or an mtr from our looking glass at d4networks.com/looking-glass

@D4Networks what does your included DDOS protection look like? any capacity levels/technology/providers you can mention?
@JoeMerit All three locations come with L3/L4 DDoS filtering at the network level, included in the price. We keep the capacity numbers to ourselves. For website traffic, Cloudflare in front works nicely alongside it for L7 protection.

@tenebriouslypuissant Thanks! The guide keeps Xray defaults on purpose so it just works. For tuning add a kcpSettings block next to finalmask in streamSettings on both server and client. Defaults are tti 50 (ms between sends) plus uplinkCapacity 5 and downlinkCapacity 20 in MB/s. Speed is capped by the lower of sender uplink and receiver downlink so the Xray docs say set downlink high around 100 and raise uplink bit by bit. For TLS the sni in your link need to match your cert domain. We do not set ALPN and it works fine. New York is 80 GB not 120 but pairs good with your Texas box.

@tenebriouslypuissant Chase does that with merchants it has not seen on your card before. Confirm the text and try again, it usually goes through. If it still blocks, PayPal and crypto work at checkout too.
