Looking for a US based dedicated server. Preferably in the South East but will consider other locations. CPU and ram are not important. Just need the storage space with decent network performance. Hopefully not more than $30 monthly. Will do yearly payments but need to try for at least one or two months before committing.

Can always buy like a mini PC and an external drive. and colo it with us.
