I've been trying out AdminBolt on a fresh VPS and was impressed by how quickly it came up. The installation was painless, and the clean, modern interface makes managing sites, domains, and email feel straightforward even for someone who isn't a full-time sysadmin. It also feels light on resources, which is a real plus on a small server, though I'd like to see a few more advanced features and polish over time!

Thank you @Chris_AdminBolt, that is exactly the answer I was hoping for. Scoped per-account keys are the right design for CI - a leaked pipeline key only exposing its own site is proper least privilege. I will wire the REST endpoints into my git deploy and see how the DNS record management holds up.

Just tried adminbolt panel, its okay nothing outstanding.... ui/ux is a major down for me, it clearly feels unpolished and vibe-coded.... you can install wordpress easily like we do with softacolous but there no features to manage wordpress, caching or toggle imp features from panel itself.... I am not using wordpress from months now, even if I ever use, I will prefer something like spinupwp than adminbolt !!

Hi @buggedout -- Thank You for giving AdminBolt a try and sharing your feedback! Design can always be improved, and I'm sure feedback like this will help shape changes that users appreciate. I am sure that @adminbolt @Chris_AdminBolt will be taking this into serious consideration for a future update/release
Putting design aside, when it comes to functionality, out of curiosity if you've used cPanel/WHM or DirectAdmin before, how does AdminBolt compare in terms of functionality and the tasks you normally use a panel for?
The good news is that the AdminBolt team has been receptive to suggestions, which is encouraging. Evolution in the hosting control panel market is a good thing for end users, and input like yours will definitely help move things forward, which will, at the end of the day, benefit everyone! Appreciate you taking the time 👊

Out of curiosity, what sort of advanced features would you most like to see added? Is there something you found in other panels (e.g. cPanel, DirectAdmin) which AdminBolt does not have yet? The AdminBolt team is following along, and specific suggestions help them understand what users need. I know that they have MCP support, which I'd definitely consider a more modern feature, which I can appreciate. Appreciate the feedback either way 👊

MORE RACK ADMIN != LESS LICENSING RACK + NERD PAIN, BOLT
I have used cPanel and DirectAdmin before. But I dont remember about them as its been years since I used them. The most recent panel I used was plesk. It had few features like smart updates, one click maintenance mode, staging environment, fastcgi caching and few security options like block xmlrpc, bot protection, etc.... but these are not something which I cant do, they can be done by editing few files, but once again most people who use control panels are doing it because of not being technical enough or ease of use. So implementing features like these for sure helps with marketing and increases sense of security among users !!

@dustinc When the 7 TB is used up, is the VPS throttled or suspended? Also, is it measured out or in+out?
