It means that almost all exchanges will no longer accept funds from Cryptomus and Heleket (same happened with HTX in May). Best time to switch to another gateway

Yeah, but the problem is the new trend to mark scantioned wallets not only through incoming, but also through outgoing transactions. In this particular case, if you've ever paid through cryptomus/heleket for hosting services from your own non-custodial wallet, you might soon find it marked as Sanctioned, GB with variable percentages depending on the relevant transction volumes.
