I'm looking for a VPS from Taiwan, China. The requirement is a HINET dynamic IP. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

Have you tried looking on Chinese websites?

I’ve already looked and found ByteVirt, but I’d like to find a few more options to compare.
This doesn't seem to be a dynamic IP; I need a dynamic IP. Thanks.
