With terms like these, isn't the VPS reseller basically just waiting to lose money?
ARTICLE 6 - PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
The Client undertakes to use the Services in accordance with applicable legislation and these T&Cs. It is strictly forbidden to use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Any abuse reported on IP addresses assigned to the Client is subject to a flat-rate fee of €25 excluding VAT, without prior notice, upon receipt of the complaint by Infrawire. In the event of non-payment of these fees, all other Services of the Client may be suspended in order to cover these costs, and any remaining amount due may be transferred to a debt collection agency, with the related costs being borne by the Client.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Any activity contrary to applicable laws and regulations, in particular regarding counterfeiting, child pornography content, discrimination, incitement to hatred
Computer hacking, denial of service (DDoS) attacks, spam, phishing, or any other cybercrime activity
Dissemination of illegal, defamatory, insulting, racist, anti-Semitic content, or content that violates human dignity
Hosting of unauthorized gambling sites, sites selling illegal products (drugs, weapons, etc.)
Use of resources for cryptocurrency mining without express authorization from Infrawire
Violation of intellectual property rights (counterfeiting, software piracy, etc.)
Mass sending of unsolicited emails (spam) or any other abusive marketing activity
Hosting of content violating image rights, respect for privacy or protection of personal data
Any other activity likely to infringe the rights of third parties or harm Infrawire's image
In case of violation of these prohibitions, Infrawire reserves the right to immediately suspend the Service, without notice or refund, and to report the facts to the competent authorities. The Client may be held liable for all damages resulting from such activities.
You are right to ask about this, and I appreciate you doing so.
Naturally, we never bill our resellers for this; we know it is their clients—not the resellers themselves—who are responsible for such issues, and our resellers are protected against this.
In fact, it goes beyond just resellers: for the past three or four months, we have stopped charging for abuse incidents entirely. We felt the practice was unreasonable, especially since many of the reported cases turned out to be false alarms; we plan to update our terms and conditions soon to remove these charges.
Otherwise, anything goes with us—as long as it is legal, there will be no issues working together
@infrawire So I took a moment to check out your services and it seems pretty cool. It would just be really helpful if pricing and plans could be aligned.

Hi, the price of VPS IFW 1 is NOT $4.30/month on my side, it's $5.03. How can I get the 4.3 price?
I paid a month plan with invoice #4913. The Hong Kong server is actually very good, I really want to buy a year plan with a good price.

Regarding our hourly cloud instances: we prefer to set bandwidth quotas and a higher price point. As a small hosting provider, we want to preserve resources for other clients and prevent resource abuse.
As for the console, we will be completely redesigning it soon; please feel free to let me know what you found bothersome about it.
