GreenCloud's customer service responded very quickly and professionally!
So no Black Friday 2026 deals like past years this time?
Our next big sales will be Birthday and Black Friday Sales.
No July 4th?
same question
Correct.
The new VirtFusion control panel is really cool.
Thank you @NDTN
Seems they are being very busy today.
Probably something to do with this:

Yep, got a lot of those emails as well, I guess they are patching Januscape. A few other providers also sent an email, which is nice.
Got the e-mail for one of my VPSes of them. And just after that at least 2 of my VPSes went offline. One rebooted and the other one I had to start again myself...
Happy Patching Day, everyone!
The good news is that we have finished patching Januscape (CVE-2026-53359) and the companion CVE-2026-46113 across all of our nodes.
If your VMs have not rebooted yet, don't worry - you are on a node utilizing KernelCare Livepatch. Because KernelCare has only released live patches for a few specific kernels, we have manually patched the remaining kernels, which did require a reboot. Please note that some nodes required additional effort and downtime as we upgrade them from Debian 12 to Debian 13.
If you still experience any issues with your VMs, please contact our Techs. We sincerely apologize for the short notice regarding this maintenance, but safety and security are our top priorities.
What happened with the storage servers in Phoenix?
I got this email while I was on vacation, but I didn't get any previous notification about this VPS, and WHMCS doesn't show anything in the email history either.
I'm back from vacation now and was going to migrate the data to the new VPS. The old VPS still boots but the storage drive is gone (only the NVMe works). Did the entire server fail? It's not an issue for me since I can restore from backup, but I'm just not quite sure what happened.
yes, they need to rebuild infra in AZ so the migration
Any idea when the 13th Anniversary Sale will start this year?
Also, does GreenCloud usually release the flash-sale coupons only when the sale starts, or can new coupons suddenly appear in the middle of the event?
I’m mainly interested in the San Jose EPYC NVMe VDS, so I don’t want to miss a limited recurring deal.
next year bro,feb maybe,dont remember
black friday if u wantthis year but usually those coupon/sale need have current server with them
last year it was Oct. 20.
@NDTN Can you give an offer for 10Gbps unmetered
We will announce the exact sale date maybe 1 week in advance. Unfortunately there would be no recurring deals for our VDS as I can say.
We dont have 10Gbps unmetered deals now. You would expect at least $500-$1000/mo for that.
Hi, thanks for the clarification.
Just to make sure I understand correctly: does this mean that VDS plans will no longer have any recurring discounts for future renewals, even if they are purchased during the Anniversary Sale?
In other words, would a VDS purchased during the sale return to the regular renewal price after the initial discounted term?
I’m mainly interested in the long-term renewal price, so this would help me decide whether to purchase.
Thank you!
Hi, thanks for the clarification.
I also noticed the EPYCSJC-1 plan currently offered at $25/year.
Could you please clarify whether this $25/year price is also valid for future renewals, or is it only the price for the initial purchase?
In other words, after the first year, would the EPYCSJC-1 renew at $25/year, or would it return to the regular price?
I’m mainly interested in the long-term renewal cost, so this would be important for me when deciding whether to purchase.
Thank you!
Thanks for the clarification.
One more question: if there will be no recurring VDS deals during the Anniversary Sale, is there any possibility of recurring VDS discounts during other major promotions later this year, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year sales?
For example, could the EPYCSJC-1 plan be offered at a discounted price with the same price applying to future renewals during those promotions?
I’m mainly looking for a long-term low renewal price rather than just a cheap first year, so I’d like to know whether it would be better for me to wait for those promotions.
Thank you!
Hi,
what can we confirm for now is that the recurring heavily discounted VDS flash deals dropped exclusively in the 12th Anniversary thread will not be available this time due to various circumstances such as price increase and resource availability. We would highly appreciate your understanding.
Thanks for the clarification. I completely understand.
I still have two questions regarding the other points:
1. I also noticed the EPYC plan currently offered at $35/year. Since $35/year is already the regular price, is there any possibility of getting this plan at a lower promotional price during the Anniversary Sale?
2. Although the Anniversary Sale will not have the recurring heavily discounted VDS flash deals from the 12th Anniversary, is there still any possibility of similar discounted or recurring VDS promotions during Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year sales later this year?
I’m mainly interested in this EPYC plan because of its better CPU and larger storage, so knowing the possible promotional opportunities later this year would help me decide whether to purchase.
Thank you for your help.
We would love to provide you with the details for now, but it all depends on the resources we are consolidating and preparing for the promotion.
1. EPYC plans prices cannot go lower than that (except for exclusive LET deals from our boss). However, from previous promotional events, there were double promotions offered on top ( for 3 years payments), which is a great value for the package. Besides, if you count on the cashback on total purchases during the promotions we had last years (if conditions met), it could also be considered as a price discount on the services?
2. We are going to details and future plannings in here, which unfortunately I cannot provide you with at this time.
All the invoices are starting to come in now
It reminded me that GreenCloud birthday is coming up
