    Unmetered doesn't mean infinite throughput. It means there isn't a monthly cap.

    I believe they mean that they didn't get the 1Gbps that the service is advertised as having. I had the same 500Mbps limitation on one I bought from them previously, and I had to put in a ticket to get 1Gbps.

    I just learned that you can't request upgrades to a higher tier service while maintaining the promo pricing. You'll be required to pay the difference between current service and the not discounted original price of the upgrade service. You can renew on promo pricing after you paid the difference, but what's the point lol.

    Plan for what you buy strategically, or you'll need to buy another VPS (instead of upgrading) and migrate everything.

    We can upgrade the current server to Linux VPS - 8 GB; to upgrade, you need to pay the below-mentioned upgrade fee. Please know that we are not able to apply the promo code in the upgrade fee. When the server is upgraded to 8GB, we can apply the corresponding promo code.
