Just swap PSC -> crypto and you'll be able to find a provider cheaper than any provider that takes PSC

I wouldn't want to advertise the low fee swaps here as I can't vouch that they won't scam, you need to do your own research for this.
For something trusted with higher fees check LocalCoinSwap, Bisq, etc.
LocalCoinSwap is no-KYC and lowest offers are ~20% fee on top $10 minimum. Then get a @Linveo VPS or something. At 5-6EUR/mo you can definitely get 4-8GB of RAM, not 512MB

The card had 50EUR earlier, then paysafe kept deducting 3EUR from the card every month, so I want to spend it now.
The problem is I don't want to create a paysafe account. Every provider's billing eventually takes me to paysafecard where it wants you to create an account which is not what I want to do. I just want to pay with the 16 digit card.
Never had this problem, so no account needed.

The transaction limit without registration thingy. The popup I got once was when I wanted to buy something with a 100€ thing and they were on about "money laundering". What a load of horseshit
300 is free limit they said some time ago.
But they keep some money after first month, where it was 3 months before, think it was last year or so changed.
Hey, PaySafeCard only enforces account login/creation for payments which exceed 50€. This limit applies per transaction and is not added across multiple transactions as far as I know.

With 5-6€ a month you get quite a bit more than your minimum. Our RYZEN 4G DDR4 is 4.99€/mo, or 4.49€/mo with code LET10, with 2 cores on a 5950X or 5900X, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB NVMe in RAID 1, plus 1 IPv4 and an IPv6 /64. If you want to keep it minimal, the EPYC 1G is 1.49€/mo with 1 core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB NVMe.

PaySafeCard is asking for account for as low as 3.5EUR (the monthly bill for your cheapest vps). If there are ways to get this done directly via a support ticket or something I would like to pay for further months and continue.
Like I said if billing can be done directly without paysafecard asking for an account on it's platform when I reach billing, I could pay small amounts directly using the card if you're willing to accept.
@Fox65536 yes, on our side paysafecard works with just the PIN, so you don't need an account for it. If you have a paysafecard account you can use that too, both work. If paysafecard does ask you for an account at checkout anyway, just open a ticket and we'll sort it out with you.

No but balance is currently lower than 40EUR at the moment.

Not sure how it is in EUR but with the USD PSC the card has to start low, or it is tainted no matter what current balance is, typically never want above a 25-equivalent
