Hi, does anyone know what’s going on with AXUSHOST?
We have our colocated servers there. They kept promising to ship them back to us, but now they have completely disappeared and are no longer responding.
Could our servers be held at the data center? Or have they taken possession of them?
We’re trying to find out what legal action we can still take in this situation.

They didn't paid colocation invoices in a while, pretty sure your server is still there. But also won't be that easy to convince the DC to hand over servers to a 3rd party
