that looking glass didn't match hoster lol. It's looks like a random hosting provider was attached to lg (i was checked few and they don't have Russian location on their website)

Vstoike no longer position it-self as ru hosting. It does not have run location. I guess they are now Latvia hosting.

Yep. 1+ Gb/s isn't really available everywhere in Russia, but VDSina actually offers it and actually delivers it (tested). But they aren't super-cheap.
Do you care about sanctions?

What server locations do they offer, and what jurisdiction are they registered in? I couldn't find any information on their website. Everything seems anonymous, and they don't even specify the server locations when ordering a VPS.
