have you checked OVH's US Site? They had almost everything u listed apart from the 1g port for 30$/m not long ago
6 cores, NVMe, 1 gbps unmetered and only $40/mo, I don't think it is possible nowadays.
Ohhhh, forgot all about them, I think it was bc of the setup fee but I think they are one of the best in the biz.

My apologies - I guess I didn't explicitly say it -- OVH has the price range I need as the other user pointed out - So I went with them.
