Looking for a storage server for Nonprofit

Hi there!

I am looking for a storage server config for a nonprofit (501c3, US). We are wanting roughly 100TB of storage. Hoping for 2$/TB for that or less. We can provide our federal and state exemptions if it can possibly benefit us.
For CPU, not looking for anything super powerful but it will be live encoding and streaming, we expect no DCMA/Abuse complaints.
RAM, at least 32GB, preferred 64+
Location, preferred US but UK ok.
Open to offers and discussions!

Forgot, asking for either unmetered 500mbps or 1gbps, or healthy allowance.

  • Do you have a timeline on how often stock comes in?

We restock some items every few days.

Just an observation from the outside: @NetDynamics24 won’t provide even a one-day trial, and they don’t offer Samba/SMB access.

Their ticket responses also feel very formal and tired: “We don’t have this.” “We don’t offer that.” “Can you provide this?” “No, we don’t have that either.”

Overall, the service gives the impression of being very tired of dealing with customers. It didn’t leave an appealing impression. A tired service operating within rigid limitations simply can’t create one.

Can you advise a ballpark budget in this, we maybe able to offer something in the UK

We have had a lot of storage based server orders in the last few weeks, all include unmetered bandwidth

This sounds more like you bothered them with a lot of custom requests 😅
Not every provider does custom stuff, especially not for the LET market.

The OP here is looking for a dedicated server. In a dedicated server you can install whetever you want.

From the other side, you are talking about other kind of service here (our backup plans). Our backup servers are Linux and you wanted to mount to Windows. That's another story.

I checked again your pre-sales ticket and I can understand you didn't like the fact that we don't offer free trials of our service. From your posts here, it seems you didn't find better price than ours and you were frustrated you can't order our service as it is not compatible with SMB and Windows OS. However, it doesn't mean we are tired or whatever. I just was straight forward in my replies. Good luck finding another provider with your requirements at the same price.

I see. So you spent ten times more words and time responding on a public platform than you did addressing the customer’s ticket. Because here there’s an audience and PR involved. OK, noted.

200 a month USD would be ballpark.

It would be appreciated if, not to sound selfish, keep it to the topic I posted?
