Cheapest methodology to the static IP
Admittedly this is a request peculiar. Are there recommendations for providers that can give me an IP that can be stable for years, decade+, for cheap?
I'm sure there are some WTF question, answer is deploying some builds on mountainside, top of towers etc. and unable to change some things once burnt into firmware without physical visit, along with the IOT connectivity requiring specific IPs allowed and all other traffic is dropped since it is billed per MB/KB.
I need minimal resources, maybe 128 MB RAM, 50-100GB bw/m, really enough to use as ssh jump, Location usa west coast preferred, can go as far east as colorado.

The title is weird but the request isn't really.
You'll want an established provider that has already been around for a while, with owned IP ranges, so skip most LET providers.
Consider using IPv6, then you could buy several IPv6 blocks for cheap
Buy a subnet.
